Do you take insurance?
Because of licensure regulations in Michigan, I am not able to accept insurance at this moment. You may request a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement purposes. A superbill does not guarantee payment for services.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used to cover your dietitian visit. Please check with your plan for eligibility, as a letter of medical necessity from your healthcare provider may be required.

What is your cancelation policy?
We value and respect your time as a client. We ask you to do the same in return. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment, even for emergencies. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will require full payment for the appointment.

What are your rates?
Private pay rates are:
- Initial consultation (75 minutes): $125
- Follow up (45 minutes): $75
- Check-in (20 minutes): $30
Please note that fees increase every year (in January). Clients will always be given at least one month's notice.

How do I book an appointment?

How often do we meet?
I recommend most new clients meet with me on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. As our work progresses and if appropriate, we can transition to monthly meetings. However, if you have financial or time constraints, we can schedule sessions less frequently - it is up to you and the support you need!

How are nutrition counseling appointments conducted?
Interspace Wellness offers 100% virtual nutrition care. Appointments, scheduling, billing, and communication will be managed through Healthie, a secure telehealth platform.
